What information do we collect?
When you make a purchase in our shop, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal data you give us such as your name, phone number, address and email address.
When you browse in our shop, we receive also automatically your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address. This provides us with information that helps us to learn more about your browser and operating system.
Only with your permission, we use your personal data for direct marketing.
How do you get my permit?
When you place an order in our Shop and provide us with your personal data, we assume that you consent to our collecting it and using it for this specific reason only.
If we ask for your personal data for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will ask you for your expressed permit.
How do I withdraw my permit?
You have the right to check, to modify or to delete your personal data in our customer register. If you want changes please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We may disclose your personal data if we are required by law or if you violate our General Terms and Conditions.
Where is my data stored?
Our shop is hosted by Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
How do we protect personal data?
We have a strict inbuild access control to prevent outsiders from getting access to the personal data in our customer register. The register is only used by two people whose job description it belongs to. Each user has a personal username and password. Users are bound by confidentiality.
Third-party services and links
In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.
However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.
For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which your personal data will be handled by these providers.
In particular, remember that certain providers may be located in or have facilities that are located a different jurisdiction than either you or us. If our shop is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to sell products to you.
