Light design wooden crystal earrings - blue

The Valona design studio, founded by Helsinki-based designer Elina Mäntylä, makes magnificent wooden jewelery from birch plywood by laser cutting. Finnish birch plywood is a fine and light natural material. Laser cutting technology gives wood jewelry a beautiful, distinctive dark edge. Each piece of jewelery is assembled, and the colored pieces are painted by hand at a workshop in Helsinki. The deep color of the jewelery is created by the dyeing technique developed by Elina, which at the same time leaves a living surface on the wood.

Crystal earrings are part of the Valona design birch crystal series. Elina's three-dimensional jewelry is unique and has required both an artistic perspective and the skills of an engineer to develop it. Jewelry consists of two parts that are threaded into each other’s vacation.

The ear hooks are silver. Silicone plugs are included, which are recommended for use with wooden jewelry. The jewelry is a feather light!
