All products made in Finland. Worldwide delivery.
The products will be delivered when the payment has been successfully completed and the order has been confirmed. Possible delivery costs will be charged at the time of payment.
Delivery takes place to the pick-up point/address you indicated in the order using the delivery method you chose. We deliver the products based on a transport contract agreed with a third party, which may affect the delivery time.
Please note that Posti and Matkahuolto store your package at the pick-up points for only 7 days. Carefully follow Posti/Matkahuolto's messages about the last collection day and pick up the package on time. If the package is not picked up in time, it will be returned to us. A package that is not picked up is not a cancellation of the order, so we charge delivery and handling costs for it.
The Finland Shop Oy is not responsible for delays or other damages caused by obstacles beyond its control (force majeure). These can be e.g. strikes, decisions of the authorities, disruptions in transport or staff falling ill.
You will receive a notification by e-mail when we have sent your order. The e-mail contains a link to The Finland Shop website for tracking the order, which shows the tracking number. You can watch the progress of the package through the shipping ID. When the package has been delivered to your pick-up point, you will receive a notification. The notification also states the last date the package will be stored at the pick-up point.
Posti's Pikkupaket has lighter tracking than the pick-up point package and is delivered directly to your mailbox. If for some reason the delivery is not possible to the mailbox/mail box, the package will be picked up at the nearest post office. If the recipient does not pick up the shipment within 7 days from the post office, it will be returned to us. A package that is not picked up is not a cancellation of the order, so we charge delivery and handling costs for it.
We also deliver orders abroad. Delivery costs are then country-specific . The destination country may charge value added tax or customs fees, which are not included in our prices. You are responsible for them yourself. The Finland Shop does not pay the return costs of foreign orders.
