Return conditions - The Finland Shop

It is especially important to us that you are satisfied with your order. You have 30 days to familiarize yourself with the product and make a final purchase decision. However, if the product does not meet your expectations, you can exchange or return it within 30 days. However, this does not apply to products that have been modified or manufactured according to your wishes.

When you want to exchange or return a product, please notify us using the Return form, to which we will respond by sending the carrier's code for sending the return. If necessary, you can contact us by phone at +358 40 1887744 or by email at info@thefinlandshop.com.

The condition for return is that the product is in salable condition. Everything except opening the product packaging and getting to know the product is considered using the product. Please return all parts belonging to the product, and pack it in the original packaging or in a similar way.

We will return all received payments or price differences regarding the canceled order to the same payment method you used when paying in the online store. We will also refund the delivery costs if the entire order is cancelled. For partially canceled orders, we always charge a delivery fee of €4.90, which is deducted from the refundable amount. We do not refund shipping costs for orders sent outside of Finland.

Returns are processed as quickly as possible. Please take into account that customer returns usually take longer to be processed by the transport company than a normal shipment. The returned package usually reaches us within 5-14 days within the country. You will be notified by email when your return has been processed.

RETURN PROCEDURE

• Within 30 days of receiving the order, send us a Return Form , to which we will respond by sending the carrier's code for the return shipment. If necessary, you can call us at +358 40 1887744 or you can send us an email at info@thefinlandshop.com. You must also return the product immediately after canceling your order (within 14 days of cancellation notification).

• Pack the product and all its parts in the original packaging. If the product packaging is broken, pack the products in a similar way so that they return to us intact, thank you!

• For a free return, you need a code from us, which depends on the transport company that delivered the package. We will send it to you immediately after sending the Return Form. Write "Customer return" and the code/contract ID on top of the package to be returned.

• Keep the delivery receipt you received for at least three months, otherwise we will not take responsibility if the refund is lost during transport.
