    We know all the manufacturers of our product range personally and know the origin and manufacturing method of the products.

    Yes, The Finland Shop has a Finnish service key label.

    Also, most of the products we sell have the Key Tag and Design from Finland labels. All products would be entitled to the Vainlippu label, but some manufacturers have not yet applied for the label.

    Order, delivery, payment and return

    You can pay for your order safely at the checkout of our online store via Paytrail (Checkout Finland) with an online bank, MobilePay , Pivo, Siirro, Collector invoice, OP invoice, Jousto, Credit card (Stripe) or Klarna invoice and partial payment.     The delivery fee for postal parcel within Finland is €5.90. If the value of the order is over €100, the delivery is free.

    You can choose a small package to be delivered to your mailbox (only small products). Normal packages are pick-up packages, and when ordering, you can choose which Posti or Matkahuolto pick-up point you want to pick up the package from.

    The order is usually packed the same or the next day, after which it is delivered to the transport company. The total delivery time is 2 - 5 days, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

    Advance purchase and special orders have a longer delivery time.

    Yes, the order can be sent abroad. International shipments are delivered via UPS, DHL or Posti. Delivery costs abroad are always country-specific, and in addition, the price is affected by the size and weight of the product. See more information about our international shipping costs .

    Please note that the transit time for international shipments is usually a minimum of one week, and depending on the destination country, even longer. The destination country may charge a customs fee for the shipment, which is not included in our price and must be paid in the destination country.

    Yes you can. You can return an unused product free of charge within 30 days of its arrival. We will refund the price of the product when the product is in salable condition upon return.

    Please note that Posti needs a phone number for pick-up packages so that the package can be picked up from the pick-up point on time. The phone number you add to the order in the delivery address will receive a package pick-up request message from the transport company. You can also choose home delivery for the gift. Even then, the transport company needs the recipient's phone number if the package cannot be delivered for some reason.

    Gift cards and Sale codes

    The electronic gift card is sent to the subscriber's e-mail immediately after placing the order. The electronic gift card is immediately valid. You can forward the gift card to the recipient.
