    This is how you brew the perfect tea

    1. Place the tea strainer on top of the mug or teapot.
    2. Dispense the loose tea into the sifter.
    3. Pour hot water over the tea leaves and let it brew for the recommended time.
    4. Lift the strainer from the collar and place it to dry.

    You can reuse the tea leaves: especially white, green and oolong tea are suitable for a second infusion.

    • Black tea: 90–100 °C, 3–4 min
    • Green tea: 80 °C, 2 min
    • White tea: 70–80 °C, 2–3 min
    • Oolong tea: 80–100 °C, 2–4 min
    • Puer tea: 90–100 °C, 2–4 min
    • Boils: 100 °C, 5–8 min
